Written note inside the card reads: "Albert Hoggarth Served in First World War. Because of the
Depression he emigrated to America (about 1924) soon to be followed
by his wife Hilda and baby daughter, Edna.
He finally settled in Dearborn where he worked for Ford Motors
in the Chromium Plating Dept. He visited home in 1955
and again about 1960.
Hilda visited England again after his death (about 1966).
She made arrangements to visit England again but died
before she could make the trip. Daughter Edna was married to
an American and had about 4 children. The eldest son was called Keith.
